The Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) is a two-year postgraduate program aimed at equipping registered nurses with advanced knowledge and skills in specialized areas of nursing practice. The program at MMM College of Nursing is designed to prepare graduates for leadership roles in clinical practice, nursing education, nursing administration, and nursing research.
• To be eligible for admission into the M.Sc. Nursing program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
   Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Must have completed B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
• A minimum of one year of work experience in either clinical service or teaching is required.
   (Note: This is not mandatory for candidates with Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualifications.)
• For Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing candidates, the one year of experience must be before or after registration with the
  Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Candidates must be medically fit to pursue the program.
• Male candidates should have completed an alternate course prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery.

• All applicants are required to obtain an Eligibility Certificate from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.

Before admission, candidates must undergo a medical fitness evaluation conducted by the Medical Superintendent of MMM Hospital. Only candidates certified as physically fit and free from any major illness or disability will be eligible for admission.
