Prof . Dr Rosaline Rachel completed her Nursing graduation from the College of Nursing, CMC&H Vellore, Tamil Nadu, in 1992, and her Master's degree in Nursing from Omayal Achi College of Nursing in 2001, both from Dr. MGR Medical University. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing from Vinayaga Mission University, Salem. Dr Rachel has held various academic positions in renowned institutions, serving as Principal for 17 years. She has been the Principal of MMM College of Nursing since 2013.

To enhance her administrative skills, she pursued a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Annamalai University. A visionary in nursing education, she is known for her strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to teaching, conducting seminars, continuing nursing education programs, workshops, conferences, and research activities.

Dr. Rachel has a strong interest in clinical excellence and further honed her expertise by completing the WHO Patient Safety Fellowship Program. On the administrative side, she is a strong disciplinarian with vast experience in managing students' academic growth and helping them acquire new nursing skills and practices. Her teaching methodology extends beyond traditional methods, ensuring systematic knowledge delivery through a team of highly qualified, dedicated faculty members. This approach has resulted in most of her former students securing positions in prestigious multi-specialty hospitals, government sectors, and respected roles abroad.

Dr. Rachel is actively involved in Nursing leadership and is an executive member of the Association of Nurse Executives India (ANEI). She currently holds the post of President of ANEI, where she continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of Nursing leadership in India.
